i’m doing a strength training cycle at my gym and in order to keep the weight going up i have to keep my weight going up. basically i’m eating my normal diet (meat, eggs, fish, vegetables, fruit), but adding close to a gallon of whole milk a day. i’m also upping my carb intake and eating wheat products again, because nothing makes you fatter and hungrier than wheat. i’ve gained almost 20 pounds in september.
i’ll post my strength gains chart at the end of the cycle, but i started with a squat PR of 160 and i’m hoping to hit 225 by the end of october.
but i’m sort of regretting the pizza because i feel really sick right now.
