squat/deadlift/bench/clean progress over the past eight weeks. the dots represent previous personal records.
i’m in a strength cycle at my gym, which means i come in 3x a week and focus only on weightlifting (powerlifts + some olympic stuff). i’ve also been eating a shit ton of food and milk and i’ve gained 30 pounds since the beginning of september (not all fat, hopefully).
i’ve made some pretty good progress i think! next week we do 1RMs on each of the lifts, and then i have a week off until the next cycle starts.
